This was an existing office building that was acquired as an opportunistic purchase due to its low tenancy. The new ownership had a vision of an amenity rich office complex with various concepts such as food and fitness. We worked closely with the ownership, management, the architect and contractor to map out a vacant ground floor space that was otherwise unmarketable. With the use of our 3D modeling, we were able to showcase the finished vision for the ancillary fitness center from flooring, equipment and accessories.
